Slabs & Columns

As part of Phase C at the Beam Park development, our team delivered key structural elements including reinforced concrete slabs and vertical columns, forming the backbone of the superstructure for residential and mixed-use blocks.

• Slabs: We installed reinforced concrete slabs using carefully positioned rebar and mesh in line with structural drawings. The works included formwork, concrete placement, compaction, and finishing to achieve flat, durable floor levels across all designated zones.

• Columns: Reinforced concrete columns were constructed to carry vertical loads and integrate seamlessly with beams and slabs. Steel fixing was completed to exact specifications, with concrete poured in controlled stages to ensure quality, strength, and alignment.

All works were executed to a high standard, with a strong focus on quality assurance, health & safety, and coordination with other trades to maintain progress on a fast-paced site.
