Ground Beams, Slabs & Columns

At the Coronation Square development in Leyton, we carried out the structural concrete works, including the installation of ground beams, slabs, and reinforced concrete columns as part of the building’s core framework.

• Ground Beams: Excavated and constructed to support foundation loads, with accurate reinforcement placement and concrete pours to specification.

• Slabs: Reinforced concrete slabs were installed with mesh and bar systems, providing stable and level structural floors.

• Columns: Vertical RC columns were reinforced, formed, and poured to ensure reliable load transfer through the structure.

Works were delivered to a high standard, in coordination with the wider site program and in full compliance with engineering and safety requirements.
