Ground Beams, Slabs & Columns

As part of the structural package at the Eden Park development in Beckenham, our team carried out the installation of reinforced concrete ground beams, slabs, and columns to form the foundation and structural framework of the building.

• Ground Beams: Excavation, steel fixing, and concrete works were completed to precise engineering specifications, ensuring effective load distribution across varying ground conditions.

• Slabs: Reinforced concrete slabs were constructed with mesh and rebar frameworks, providing a durable base and structural floor.

• Columns: Vertical RC columns were reinforced, formed, and poured to support upper-level loads and integrate seamlessly with the slab and beam systems.

All works were delivered in line with project timelines and quality standards, with full compliance to safety and structural specifications.
